Italian novelist and screenwriter, Dario Gigante received his Philosophy degree at the University of Trieste and he studied Screenwriting at the University of Udine. He is author of the novels L'amore imperfetto (2010) and Fior della tua pianta (2015) and he wrote the script of the short film Nausicaa, directed by Alessandro Melchionda.- He's an actor, known for "36 Hours in New York", "Demise" and "Neverworld".
He recently played a bagpiper in the movie "Candy Cane Lane", directed by Reginald Hudlin. He played the role of runway model in the feature film "Demise", directed by Yara Estrada, and the lead character Max in the horror short film "Neverworld", directed by Alexandra Samton.

He played the double role of 1950's teenager guy and 1980's rural man in Erin Harper's short film "Veral".
In 2019, he played the role of Doug Salinas in the episode "Murder in Paradise" of the first season of the HBO Max series "The Killer Truth". He then appeared in the TV episode "Good Help Is Hard to Find", pilot of the series "Brooklyn Vans", directed by Daniel Jordano.
